Mixing it up is what this Retreat is all about 

Our fitness activity mix is designed to energise, exhilarate, tone, strengthen, stretch, relax and ACTivate you. And as it's a Fitness and Padel Retreat, our coaches design the workouts with fitness and flexibility for padel in mind. We hope you'll love the variety and take part in every session... but you don't have to! It's your (re)treat, so feel free to do as much or as little as you like.

Take a look at the sample itinerary: we've layered up circuits, drills, yoga, Pilates, runs (or power walks), aquafit, old-school workouts and even a fun every minute on the minute session. Together, these sessions target cardio, strength, flexibility and core - all the essentials for staying fit and healthy, playing better padel and feeling good inside and out.

Liberate those feel-good endorphins and revel in the satisfaction of working your body at whatever pace and intensity suits you best. There's also plenty of relaxation time in between sessions - just chill out at the villa or take a walk along beautiful Vale do Lobo beach.

ACTivate coach Tanya is hooked on variety and knows how to put all the feels into fitness. She's multi-skilled and mega-motivating both as a personal trainer and as a class instructor. She keeps her many years of experience fresh by designing new classes and programmes that meet her clients' ever-changing fitness needs. You'll laugh, you'll sweat, you'll stretch, you'll discover muscles you never knew you had... and you'll love every minute of it.
